Layered Savoy cabbage
Ingredients for 4 pers.
2-3 kg Savoy cabbage, 120-200g soy granules, 150-200g rice, 100ml oil, red pepper, condiment, ground black pepper, grated cheese
Heat rice with water to boiling, boil for 1 min.
Soak soy granules in condiment seasoned, lukewarm water for some minutes.
Boil Savoy cabbage in condiment seasoned water for 1-2 min., pour off water and pour half of the Savoy cabbage into a pan. Mix rice, oil, soy mush and spices together and fry for a while. Pour the mixture into the pan over the Savoy cabbage then cover with the rest of the cabbage.
Mix sour cream and oil together and pour over the cabbage then spread with grated cheese. Fry in the oven until light brown.
